Oregon Brineworks Sauerben
I am not your typical sandwich topper. I am dressed up with the unique spiciness of turnips, delivering a superb crunch and delicious, savory tang. Toss me in a vegetable salad, stack me on a Bratwurst, or pack your Ruben sandwich full. You can stop searching. I am that long lost, lovely flavor you have been looking for!

Like us, our handcrafted, naturally fermented foods are full of life. Teeming with probiotic, lactic acid-producing bacteria called lactobacillus, our living foods support digestive health, increase immune function and cleanse the body through natural detoxification.
This ancient art of fermenting foods allows us to capture the essence of each season and preserve it for great tasting, year-round culinary pleasure. After enjoying our fermented vegetables, you will be instantly satisfied from taste buds to tummy.

Directions
*There are no seals on the containers. The bubbles that you may see in the beet kraut and pickled beets are a result of fermentation after the lid was put on the jar. There is nothing wrong with it nor carbonation added, simply the probiotic bacteria is still fermenting when we put the lid on and some of the CO2 gets trapped in the jar.
Ingredients
organic green cabbage, organic purple top turnip, himalayan pink salt, organic caraway.
